Import Files

Files: Press ⌘+I to select individual audio files

Folders: Press ⌘+Shift+I to import an entire folder

Audexis automatically watches for changes and refreshes when files are modified externally.

Selection

• Click to select a file
• ⌘+Click to select multiple files
• Shift+Click to select a range
• ⌘+A to select all
• Esc to clear selection

Columns

Each column shows a metadata field:

• Path — File location
• Release — Tag format (ID3v2.3, ID3v2.4, etc.)
• Title, Artist, Album — Common tags
• ACover — Album art

Customize: Go to Settings → Columns to show/hide fields

Reorder: Drag column headers to rearrange

Resize: Drag the edge between headers

Sorting

Click any column header to sort by that field. Click again to reverse the order.

File Operations

Show in Finder: Right-click a file → Show in Finder

Open with default app: Right-click → Open with Default App
